Parwana was born in Jaghori in Afghanistan. She came to Australia in 2010. She has finished an Adult Tertiary Preparation course. She wants to go to university to study law to stand against violence.

Shakila was born in Jaghori, Afghanistan. She was in Pakistan for eight years before coming to Australia in 2010. She is studying Government and International Relations at university. Her passion is to work for human rights, especially women’s rights.

Shukria was born in 1995 in Gazni City, Afghanistan. She moved to Australia in 2008 and finished high school in 2013. She wants to study sociology at university and to go back to Afghanistan to help women.
